Geographer.
Irene Hanuta received her PhD in Geography in 2006 from the University of Manitoba. Soon after, she started working with the Prairie Farm Rehabilitation Administration at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. Irene’s research interests include environmental change and climate in the Prairies, specifically using historical documents to analyze recent change.
