Dan Furlan

Human resources manager.
Dan Furlan has a long career as a human resources manager and consultant in a wide range of industries, plus teaching management courses at colleges and universities. He is a Past President of the Human Resource Management Association of Manitoba (now CPHR Manitoba) and the Charleswood Historical Society. He is also a Board Member with the Better Business Bureau of Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario and has served on a number of other community boards as well. He holds the national CPHR designation as a Chartered Professional in Human Resources, plus the corresponding American designation with the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). In addition, he is an Honorary Life Member of the Saracens Rugby Club. With the Manitoba Historical Society, he has served on the Program Committee, chaired the committees on Membership and Business/Organizations Centennial Awards, and is its current President.
