Historian.

Dr. Allison D. Fizzard is an Associate Professor of History at Campion College at the University of Regina, where she teaches courses in medieval history. In addition to researching aspects of monastic history and food history in England and Wales in the late Middle Ages, she is also working on a project involving the career of Valentine Eliot, a professional woodcarver in late Victorian England.
