Kenton de Jong is a Regina-born historian and blogger who frequents the darkest corners of the world. When he is at home, you can find him lurking around cemeteries and libraries piecing together forgotten parts of history. In 2017, he raised money for one of Canada's only Spanish Influenza memorials and erected it in the Regina Cemetery in honour of the unmarked victims of the pandemic. He later digitized the Regina Cemetery into a free online video game called Regina Cemetery Tours - The Game for people to learn history from the comfort of their own home.
