Member of Parliament.
Son of Bill Blaikie, he graduated from the University of Winnipeg with a BA in History and Philosophy then pursued an MA in Philosophy at Concordia University in Montreal. He was elected to the House of Parliament for the Elmwood Transcona constituency in the 2015 federal general election.
